The legally binding version of this privacy policy is the German one. This translation is provided for information purposes only.

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA / Germany). Server log data (IP, timestamp, URL, status code, user agent, referrer) is processed on our behalf to provide the website. Logs are deleted or anonymised after 14 days. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) f GDPR.

Sign-in and user management for the customer portal are handled by our own backend (LegioX), operated on Google Cloud Platform (region europe-west1, Belgium). Documents and related metadata are stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore and Cloud Storage). We process your username, email address, company association, roles, login timestamps, a session token (HttpOnly cookie) and the documents assigned to your account, on the basis of Art. 6 (1) b GDPR. Where data is transferred to Google LLC (USA), this is based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the standard contractual clauses.

Only strictly necessary cookies are used by default: a portal authentication cookie (caesar_portal_jwt, valid 7 days) and a locale cookie (language preference). Vercel Web Analytics (cookieless), the Cal.com booking widget on the demo page and embedded YouTube videos (Google) on the product pages are loaded only after your explicit consent via the cookie banner. There is no advertising and no cross-site tracking.

Right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR) and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (Landesbeauftragter für den Datenschutz Baden-Württemberg).
